巧用麻醉车自制锐器盒固定架在手术室的应用

摘　　要：目的设计一种锐器盒固定架,便于术中锐器存放,避免锐器伤的发生。方法利用本科现有的麻醉车右侧有两层空格层的优势,以不锈钢钢管为材料,焊接一种锐器盒固定架,结果该固定架能保证使用后的锐器得到及时、安全、有效的处理,降低锐器投放的错误率,减少锐器伤的发生。结论该固定架制作材料简单、安全可靠、便捷,值得临床推广。Objective A kind of fixing supporter for sharp instruments box was designed to facilitate intraoperative sharps storage,avoid the happening of the sharp injuries.Methods Take advantage of our existing anesthetic vehicle with two layers of space on the right,we welded a fixing supporter for sharps box with stainless steel pipes.Results This kind of fixing supporter can ensure the sharp instruments were handled safely and effectively,reduce the occurrence of sharp injuries.Conclusion The fixing supporter was made by simple materials.It has been proved to be safe,reliable,convenient and deserve to be popularized.
