摘　　要：烧伤精神障碍是烧伤常见的并发症,但临床上对烧伤并发精神障碍的认识不足。文章阐述了烧伤精神障碍的发生机制,总结了烧伤精神障碍的临床表现,提出了烧伤精神障碍的诊断方案及治疗护理措施,指出临床上要重视烧伤并发精神障碍的防治,提高烧伤的综合救治水平。Burn mental disorders are common complication of burns,but the knowledge of burns complicated by mental disorders in clinical is insufficient.The article expounds the mechanism of burn mental disorders,summarizes the clinical manifestations of burn mental disorders,proposes the diagnostic solution and treatment and nursing measures for burn mental disorders,and points out that clinical attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment of burns complicated by mental disorders,and the comprehensive treatment level of burns should be improved.
