基于游客视角的历史文化街区商业化定量评价研究——以赣州郁孤台为例

摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的加快以及旅游产业的快速发展,过度的商业化给街区历史文化带来了不同程度的冲击。文章基于游客感知的视角,运用模糊层次分析法,从空间舒适度、商业开发度、历史信息传达度三个方面构建了郁孤台历史文化街区商业化程度的定量评价体系。研究结果发现:郁孤台历史文化街区存在过度商业化的情况,商业开发度的上升导致街区商业氛围过于浓厚,街区历史信息传达度较低。最后,对评价结果进行了分析,并提出了优化策略。With the acceleration of Chinese urbanization process and the rapid development of the tourism industry, excessive commercialization has brought varying degrees of impact on the history and culture of the district. Based on the perspective of tourists’ perception, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to construct a quantitative evaluation system for the degree of commercialization of Yugutai Historical District from three aspects: space comfort, commercial development, and historical information transmission. The results of the study found that: Yugutai Historical District is over-commercialized. The increase in commercial development has resulted in an overly strong commercial atmosphere in the district and a low degree of historical information transmission in the district. Finally, the evaluation results are analyzed, and optimization strategies are proposed.
