高校开放式与封闭式建筑学专业教室使用后评价及改进研究--以国内两所高校为例

摘  要:建筑学专业教室是建筑学教育重要的空间载体,对教学效果具有深刻影响。目前,国内的建筑学专业教室类型处于封闭式与开放式共存的状态。但关于不同模式专业教室使用性能的量化分析研究尚少。文章以国内两所高校的开放式专业教室和封闭式专业教室为例,通过层次分析法进行使用后评价研究。文章构建了建筑学专业教室评价体系框架,得出因子重要度排序、两类教室的总体满意度对比与因子满意度特征。最终针对研究中发现的问题,对开放式、封闭式专业教室提出改进建议。As the significant spacial carrier of architecture education,the architectural specialty classrooms have a profound impact on the teaching and studying effect.At present,the models of architectural specialty classrooms in China are in a state of coexistence of closed and open models.However,there are still few quantitative analysis studies on the performance of specialty classrooms with the two models.The paper takes the open and closed specialty classrooms of two domestic universities as examples,and conducts post-occupancy evaluation research through the Analytic Hierarchy Process.The article constructs the framework of the evaluation system of architecture specialty classrooms,and obtains the factor importance ranking,the overall satisfaction comparison of both types of classrooms,and the characteristics of factor satisfaction scores.Suggestions are made for improvement of open and closed specialty classrooms based on the research.
