基于老年人心理及行为特征的养老院交往空间研究--以武汉江岸区源生养老院为例

摘　　要：随着我国老龄化程度日益加重,养老院数量急剧增加,但是内部环境却存在问题。文章以养老机构老年人为研究对象,着眼于当下养老机构的交往空间,根据老年人行为特征及心理特征,探索其所需要的交往空间形式,提出养老机构交往空间的改进方法。实地调研武汉江岸区源生养老院,针对空间问题提出相应设计策略,为之后此类空间设计提供一些参考价值。With the increasing aging in China,the number of nursing homes has increased dramatically but the internal environment is problematic.In this paper,we focus on the interaction space of nursing homes for the elderly,explore the form of interaction space needed by the elderly according to their behavioral and psychological characteristics,and propose ways to improve the interaction space of nursing homes.This paper is a field study of the Yuansheng Nursing Home in Jiang'an District,Wuhan,and proposes design strategies to address the space problems,which will provide some reference values for the design of such spaces in the future.
