摘　　要：经济的高速发展带来建筑建设的变化,中国从"建设时代"进入到"重建时代"。乡村振兴背景下,由于建筑自身寿命、建筑环境、建筑空间、建筑机能等方面不能满足日趋增长的空间需求,乡村旧建筑更新迫在眉睫。为切实提升乡村人居环境,广州市港头村于2020年10月开展"趣味·港头"竞赛,旨在对港头村内的旧建筑进行更新设计,提升港头村风貌。笔者结合参赛实践及竞赛结果进行分析,从经济、文化、历史、社会等多方面探究以设计为导向的乡村旧建筑更新策略。With the rapid economic development, architectural construction is also undergoing changes. China has entered from the "construction era" to the "reconstruction era". In the context of rural revitalization, due to the inability of buildings to meet the increasing demand for space in terms of their life span, building environment, building space, and building functions, the renewal of old rural buildings is imminent.In order to effectively improve the rural living environment, Gangtou Village, Guangzhou City, launched a "Fun·Gangtou" competition in October 2020, aiming to update the design of the old buildings in Gangtou Village and enhance the style of Gangtou Village. The author analyzes the competition practice and the results of the competition, and explores the designoriented renewal strategy of rural old buildings from economic, cultural, historical, social and other aspects.
