摘　　要：共同富裕建设与碳达峰碳中和战略是我国进入高质量发展阶段的新目标。首先以高质量发展为介质,深入论述了共同富裕建设和"双碳"战略的内在联系;其次分析了高质量发展在共同富裕建设和"双碳"战略耦合协同发展中的桥梁纽带作用;最后从寻找区域共同富裕与"双碳"战略耦合发展的最佳耦合度、确定高契合度的高质量发展方式、发展区域碳汇经济和发挥数字化技术赋能四个方面提出二者耦合协同发展的对策建议。The construction of common prosperity and the strategy of carbon peak and carbon neutrality are the new goals for China to enter the stage of high-quality development.Firstly,taking high-quality development as the medium,this paper deeply discusses the internal relationship between the construction of common prosperity and the"double carbon"strategy.Secondly,it analyzes the bridge role of high-quality development in the construction of common prosperity and the coupling and coordinated development of"double carbon"strategy.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the coupling and coordinated development of regional common prosperity and"double carbon"strategy from four aspects:finding the best coupling degree of the coupling development of regional common prosperity and"double carbon"strategy,determining the high-quality development mode with high fit,developing regional carbon sink economy and giving full play to the empowerment of digital technology.
