居家老年临终病人家庭照顾者照顾感受的研究现状

摘　　要：本研究在梳理居家老年临终病人家庭照护的相关概念、描述居家老年临终病人家庭照顾者照顾感受的基础上,对居家老年临终病人家庭照顾者照顾感受的内涵进行了辩证思考,发现家庭照顾者的照顾感受存在消极感受与积极感受共存的特点、家庭照顾者角色具有双重属性,以及家庭照顾者的照顾感受存在共性与个性,深受文化差异和宗教信仰的影响,并提出未来如何改善这一特殊群体照顾感受的建议,为今后居家临终服务相关的科学研究与临床实践提供参考。On the basis of sorting out the related concepts of home care for elderly terminally ill patients and describing the care feelings of family caregivers for elderly terminally ill patients at home,this study dialectically thought about the connotation of care feelings of family caregivers for elderly terminally ill patients at home.It was found that the negative feelings coexisted with the positive feelings,and the role of family caregivers had dual attributes.There were also similarities and differences in family caregivers′ caring experiences,which were deeply influenced by cultural differences and religious beliefs.In the end,this paper putted forward some advice on how to improve the caring feelings of this special population in the future,which provided reference for future scientific research and clinical practice related to home hospice services.
