摘　　要：造影剂肾病(CIN)目前是接受心脏导管检查患者的主要并发症,是医院获得性急性肾损伤的第三大常见原因,然而目前尚无防治CIN的共识性建议。本文就CIN防治研究的进展作一综述,旨在为防治CIN提供思路。Contrast-induced nephropathy(CIN)is currently the main complication of patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and the third most frequent cause of hospital-acquired acute kidney injury.However,there is no consensus recommendation on the prevention and treatment of CIN.The present article makes a review on research progress on prevention and treatment of CIN,aiming at providing thinking for prevention and treatment of CIN.
