摘　　要：心房颤动(AF)是临床上常见的心律失常,AF在早期阶段具有阵发性和无症状性质,通常不能在发生时被及时诊断和(或)治疗不足,常导致严重的后果。因此,对房颤的治疗、预后以及预防就显得尤为重要。本文就脑利钠肽在房颤中的应用做一综述。Atrial fibrillation(AF)is a frequent arrhythmia in clinic.AF possesses paroxysmal and asymptomatic nature in its early stage,it is often not diagnosed and/or undertreated promptly when it occurs,often leading to serious consequences.Therefore,treatment,prognosis and prevention of AF are particularly important.The present article reviews the application of brain natriuretic peptide in atrial fibrillation.
