摘  要:文中通过有限元Workbench软件对非金属高分子材料聚氨酯作为托辊辊皮与传统钢制托辊进行对比研究,进行了两种托辊的静力学分析以及动态特性分析。静力学分析得出高分子托辊的总变形高于传统钢制托辊,其等效应力略低于钢制托辊的等效应力,而高分子托辊轴的总变形低于钢制托辊轴,表明高分子材料的弹性性能可以缓冲物料对输送带及托辊的冲击损伤,减少托辊辊皮传递到托辊轴上的载荷力,对托辊轴有更少的损坏量,可延长输送带和托辊的使用寿命。动态特性分析得出高分子托辊与钢制托辊相比较,具有更良好的动态特性,拥有更宽的固有频率范围,能够更有效地避免与托辊结构件产生共振,并能提高结构件的疲劳寿命。Through the finite element Workbench software,a comparative study,static analysis and dynamic characteristics analysis were carried out between carrier rollers with polyurethane as the roller leather and traditional steel carrier rollers.Static analysis shows that the total deformation of polymer roller is larger and the equivalent stress is slightly lower than that of traditional steel roller,while the total deformation of polymer roller shaft is smaller than that of steel roller shaft,which indicates that polymer material has elasticity,which can buffer the impact of materials on conveyor belt and roller,reduce the load force transmitted from roller leather to roller shaft,and cause less damage to roller shaft,thus prolonging the service life of conveyor belt and roller.Dynamic analysis shows that compared with steel roller,polymer roller has better dynamic characteristics and wider natural frequency,which can avoid resonance with roller structure more effectively and prolong the fatigue life of structure.
