摘 要:以孔李淮河大桥三跨连续钢箱系杆拱桥项目为背景,介绍了大跨度复杂桥梁整体顶推设计及施工关键技术,同时利用有限元软件对顶推施工进行仿真分析,对拱肋、主纵梁、临时支撑在顶推过程中的受力和变形进行了详细计算。分析结果表明:采取合理的临时墩、拱梁临时支撑、前导梁等工程措施,主体结构顶推过程中受力和稳定性满足规范要求。对大跨度拱桥拱梁整体顶推建造关键技术的研究为拱桥顶推施工积累了经验,也为大跨度桥梁施工方案的选择提供了更广空间。Taking the project of the three-span continuous steel box tied arch bridge of Kongli Huaihe bridge as the background,the integral incremental launching design and construction key technologies of long-span complex bridge are introduced.At the same time,the simulation analysis on the incremental launching construction is made by utilizing the finite element software,and the stress and deformation of arch rib,main longitudinal beam and temporary support during the incremental launching are calculated in detail.The analysis results show that,the stress and stability of the main structure during the incremental launching can meet the code requirements by taking reasonable engineering measures such as temporary pier,temporary support of arch beam and front guide beam and so on.The research on the key technology of integral incremental launching construction of the arch beam of the long-span arch bridge can not only accumulate experience for the incremental launching construction of arch bridge,but also provide a wider space for the selection of the construction scheme for the long-span bridge.
