摘  要:为探究不同影响因素对半柔性路面材料的抗裂性能影响,进行水泥砂浆配合比设计,并掺入水性环氧树脂、硅灰、乳化沥青等外掺剂对水泥砂浆进行性能优化,制备有特殊性能的水泥砂浆。研究表明,水泥砂浆类型、基体空隙率、基体沥青类型、基体集料类型对半柔性路面材料的抗裂性能有着不同程度的影响,基体空隙率对低温抗裂性能的影响程度最大,基体沥青类型和水泥砂浆类型次之,集料类型影响程度最低。In order to explore the influence of different influencing factors on the crack resistance of semi-flexible pavement materials,the design of mix proportion of cement mortar is carried out,and water-borne epoxy resin,silica fume,emulsified asphalt and other admixtures are added to optimize the performance of cement mortar,so as to prepare cement mortar with special performance.The research shows that,the type of cement mortar,matrix porosity,matrix asphalt type and matrix aggregate type have different degrees of influence on the crack resistance of semi-flexible pavement materials.The matrix porosity has the greatest influence on the low-temperature crack resistance,followed by the matrix asphalt type and cement mortar type,and the type of aggregate has the lowest influence.
