摘 要:随着我国石油工业的迅速发展,含油污水排放产生了严重的环境污染问题,其成分复杂,处理难度较大。为使含油污水能够回注或达标排放,可向污水中投加净水剂,达到除油效果。以四乙烯五胺和二硫化碳为原料,合成了一种二硫代氨基甲酸盐(DTC)清水剂,用红外光谱对其结构进行表征,结果表明该合成产物与目标产物结构一致。以配制的模拟含油污水为实验水样,对DTC的清水效果进行评价。研究了不同因素对DTC清水效果的影响,确定DTC清水剂与Fe^(2+)的最佳物质的量之比为1∶5,DTC清水剂最适投加量为60 mg/L,在最优条件下DTC的除油率可达91.3%。在考察范围内,温度和污水含油量对DTC的清水效果影响不大。与其他两种市售清水剂相比,该DTC清水剂产品的处理效果更优。With the rapid development of petroleum industry in China,the discharge of oily sewage has caused serious environmental pollution.The composition of oily sewage is complex and difficult to be treated.In order to enable the oily sewage to be reinjected or up to the standard discharge,water clarifier can be added to achieve the effect of oil removal.A dithiocarbamate(DTC)water clarifier was synthesized using tetraethylenepentamine and carbon disulfide as raw materials.The structure of DTC was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,which showed that the structure of DTC was consistent with target product.The performance of DTC was evaluated with simulated oily sewage as the object.The effects of different factors on performance of DTC were studied.It was determined that the optimal ratio of DTC and Fe^(2+)was 1∶5,and the optimal dosage of DTC was 60 mg/L.The oil removal rate of DTC could reach 91.3%under the optimal conditions.In the range of investigation,temperature and oil content of sewage had little effect on DTC’s performance.Compared with other commercially available water clarifiers,the DTC product had better effect.
