摘 要:文章旨在评估日粮添加不同磷源对绵羊生长性能、养分消化及血液生化指标的影响。试验将144只平均体重为(23.84±0.25)kg的绵羊随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复12头。3组绵羊分别饲喂以磷酸氢钙、二磷酸钙和磷酸二铵为磷源的日粮,试验分为1~30 d和31~60 d两个阶段。结果:磷酸氢钙组1~30 d和1~60 d平均日增重较磷酸二铵组分别显著提高8.81%和3.15%(P<0.05),但磷酸二胺组1~30 d绵羊料重比较磷酸氢钙组显著提高7.40%(P<0.05)。磷酸二胺组绵羊磷表观消化率较磷酸氢钙和二磷酸钙组分别显著提高12.71%和12.78%(P<0.05),但粪磷排放量分别显著降低17.39%和15.32%(P<0.05)。磷酸二铵组绵羊血清尿素氮浓度较磷酸氢钙和二磷酸钙组分别显著提高7.14%和9.93%(P<0.05),同时血清碱性磷酸酶活性分别显著提高16.84%和20.23%(P<0.05)。磷酸氢钙组绵羊血清钙浓度较二磷酸钙和磷酸二铵组分别显著提高10.79%和12.42%(P<0.05),但血清磷浓度较磷酸二铵组显著降低5.08%(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,尽管日粮以磷酸二钙作为磷源降低了整个试验期绵羊的平均日增重和生长前期饲料报酬,但可以改善磷表观消化率,降低粪磷排泄量。This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary phosphorus supplementation on growth performance,nutrient digestion and blood biochemical indices of sheep.A total of 144 sheep with an average body weight of(23.84±0.25)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates per group and 12 sheep per replicate.Sheep in three groups were fed diets with calcium bisphosphate,calcium bisphosphate and diammonium phosphate as phosphorus sources,respectively.The experiment was divided into two stages:1~30 d and 31~60 d.Results:Compared with diammonium phosphate group,the average daily gain(ADG)of sheep in calcium bisphosphate group during 1~30 days and 1~60 days was significantly increased by 8.81%and 3.15%(P<0.05),respectively,but the feed weight of sheep in diamine phosphate group during 1~30 days was significantly increased by 7.40%(P<0.05)compared with that in calcium bisphosphate group.Compared with calcium bisphosphate and calcium bisphosphate groups,the phosphorus apparent digestibility of sheep in diamine phosphate group was significantly increased by 12.71%and 12.78%(P<0.05),respectively,but the fecal phosphorus emission was significantly decreased by 17.39%and 15.32%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with calcium bisphosphate and calcium bisphosphate groups,serum urea nitrogen concentration in diammonium phosphate group was significantly increased by 7.14%and 9.93%(P<0.05),and serum alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly increased by 16.84%and 20.23%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with calcium bisphosphate and diammonium phosphate groups,serum calcium concentration in calcium bisphosphate group was significantly increased by 10.79%and 12.42%(P<0.05),respectively,but serum phosphorus concentration was significantly decreased by 5.08%(P<0.05)compared with diammonium phosphate group.Conclusions:In this experiment,dietary dicalcium phosphate can improve apparent digestibility of P and reduce fecal P output,although it can reduce average daily gain and feed return during the whole experiment p
