摘 要:燕麦秸秆资源在综合利用过程中需要对其进行切割、粉碎、压榨等加工处理。为了获得较优加工参数,测试了燕麦植株和秸秆的节间距、含水率、干质量、密度等生物学形态特性参数,并对不同节间的燕麦秸秆进行弯曲和剪切生物力学性质试验研究。测试获取了燕麦秸秆受载-位移曲线,分析了燕麦秸秆弯曲和剪切破坏过程,得到了燕麦秸秆弯曲强度、弯曲刚度、剪切强度、剪切功耗等力学性质参数,且秸秆节间部位对力学性质参数均具有显著影响(p<0.05)。旨在为燕麦秸秆收获加工技术和装备优化设计及燕麦秸秆资源化利用提供数据支撑。Oat straw resources need to be processed by cutting,crushing,and pressing in the process of comprehensive utilization.In order to obtain better processing parameters,this paper tested the biological morphological characteristics of oat plant and straw,such as the internode distance,moisture content,dry mass,and density.And the bending and shearing biomechanical tests of oat straws in different internodes were carried out.The test obtained the load-displacement curve of the oat straw,and analyzed the bending and shear failure process of the oat straw,and obtained the mechanical properties such as the bending strength,bending stiffness,shear strength,and shear energy of the oat straw.The internodes of the straw had a significant impact on the mechanical properties(p<0.05).This research aimed to provide data support for the optimal design of oat straw harvesting and processing equipment,and the resource utilization of oat straw.
