摘　　要：该课题通过构建物流发展评价指标体系,根据调查设立了经济发展水平、物流基础设施、物流人力资源、物流创新能力、物流发展潜力5个一级评价指标和9个二级评价指标,对河南省的物流高质量发展进行评估。采用省域范围内的各级统计数据进行分析,从而找出对河南省物流高质量发展最有影响力的因子,最后对河南省物流向高质量方向发展提出对策和建议。Through the construction of logistics development evaluation index system, according to the investigation,this project sets up the economic development level, logistics infrastructure, logistics human resources, logistics innovation ability, logistics development potential of five first-level evaluation index and nine second-level evaluation index to evaluate the high quality of logistics development in Henan Province. This project analyzes the statistical data of all levels within the scope of the province, so as to find out the most influential factors for the development of high-quality logistics in Henan Province. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development of highquality logistics in Henan Province.
