摘　　要：不动产登记信息分析系统是全国不动产登记信息管理基础平台的重要组成部分。该系统基于全国不动产登记数据库,提供全国不动产登记的总量、结构、时序、布局、变化等分析功能和分析产品。全国不动产登记数据具有数据量大、更新频率快、关联关系强、链式数据存储的特点,系统建设不仅面对大数据量、复杂业务逻辑下多功能和高性能方面的难题,还面对数据库建设过程中数据质量不断完善的情况。本文结合不动产登记数据特点,设计了分析系统的技术框架;提出了“大表式”数据存储、“基于规则”的异常数据处理、“金字塔式”分析功能、“五合一”组合式分析引擎等技术思路;实现了基于流式数据处理的数据抽取、清洗、整合方法,基于自动聚合感知的多维数据即席分析方法,基于可视化模板标注和数据动态绑定的自动报告生成等关键技术创新;介绍了系统的应用情况。Real estate registration information analysis system is an important part of the national real estate registration information platform.The system is based on the national real estate registration database,providing the total amount of real estate registration,structure,timing,layout,change and other analysis functions and analysis products.The national real estate registration data is characterized by large amount of data,fast update frequency,strong association and chained storage data.The construction of real estate registration information analysis system not only faces problems of multi-function and high-performance under the condition of large amount of data and complex real estate business logic.Moreover,the construction of the national real estate registration information analysis system is faced with the improvement of the real estate registration database.Combined with the characteristics of real estate registration information,this paper designs the technical framework of the national real estate registration information system,and puts forward the technical ideas of"large table data storage","rule-based abnormal data processing","pyramid functional system"and"five-inone"combined analysis engine,and realizes key technological innovations such as data extraction,cleaning and integration based on"streaming data processing",multi-dimensional data Ad-Hoc analysis method based on"automatic aggregation perception",and automatic report generation based on"visual template annotation"and"data dynamic binding",and their applications are further introduced.
