摘　　要：自1925年故宫博物院成立以来,一代又一代的故宫人为完整保护故宫及文物藏品,实现博物馆职能,逐步探索形成了宫院一体的博物馆格局和包含“平安故宫”“学术故宫”“数字故宫”“活力故宫”的“四个故宫”建设体系。“数字故宫”的总体目标是利用先进的信息技术,遵循真实、完整、可用的数字资源长期保存原则,更好地保护和展示古老的紫禁城文化遗产,助推文化资源的全人类共享,是21世纪故宫博物院发展建设的重要目标。数字故宫的建设始于90年代后期,从馆藏文物数字化工作起步,以先进数字与信息技术与博物馆实际业务密切结合为根本宗旨,推动故宫信息网络、信息系统、资源共享和公众服务的全面建设工作。该文对数字故宫20多年来的工作概况进行梳理,展望“十四五”规划框架下故宫博物院数字化转型建设目标,以期与文博同仁共同探讨博物馆事业高质量发展的实践方法。Since the Palace Museum was established in 1925,to fully preserve the heritage architecture and the art collections,generations of the Museum's staff members contribute to the forging of the integrated palace-institution museum entity and the Four Palace Museums development framework including Safe Palace Museum,Academic Palace Museum,Digital Palace Museum,and Dynamic Palace Museum.The comprehensive goal of the Digital Palace Museum is to better preserve and present the ancient Forbidden City's cultural heritage,to promote the universal sharing of cultural resources with the help of advanced information technologies and in accordance with the authenticity,integrity,and availability principles of long-term digital preservation.The development of the Digital Palace Museum begins in the late 1990s.Starting from the digitization of the collections,the Digital Palace Museum focuses on facilitating a comprehensive development of IT infrastructures,information systems,cultural resources sharing and public services,with the fundamental purpose of closely integrating advanced digital and information technology with the daily operation of the museum.Aiming to explore the practical methods to achieve high-quality development of museums with fellow scholars,the paper reviews the Digital Palace Museum in its past 20 years,and looks forward to the digital transformation of the Palace Museum under the framework of China’s 14th Five-Year Plan(2021—2025).
