摘  要:为解决水利枢纽水位标尺在紫外照射、酸雨腐蚀、高速水流冲刷、干湿循环等不利环境中易出现的涂层粉化、失光、开裂、剥落、板材脱落等问题,综合运用理论分析、室内试验、现场试验等多种手段进行研究。在实验室分别以不锈钢板、铝板、高密度水泥板为基材,制备了水位标尺试样进行耐水、耐盐水、冻融循环、耐酸性及附着力试验,并在王甫洲水利枢纽泄水闸、船闸等混凝土结构上进行了现场涂装试验。室内试验结果表明,纳硅涂层对上述各类基材均具有良好的适用性,性能优异。在户外运行3 a后,对涂层的光泽度、颜色、硬度、厚度、粉化、外观进行了对比分析,纳硅涂层漆膜无任何破坏,色泽鲜艳、光泽饱满。研究表明,纳硅涂层具有超强的耐候性,能较好地解决水位标尺的各种问题。研究成果在该领域极具推广价值。In order to solve the problems of coating pulverization,light loss,cracking,peeling and plate falling off of water level gauge in water control project under adverse environments such as UV irradiation,acid rain corrosion,high-speed water flow scouring and dry-wet cycle,a comprehensive analysis was carried out by means of theoretical analysis,indoor test and field test.Using stainless steel plate,aluminum plate and high-density cement plate as sub⁃strates,the water level gauge samples were prepared in the laboratory for water resistance,salt water resistance,freeze-thaw cycle,acid resistance and adhesion tests.Field coating tests were carried out on concrete structures such as sluice gate and ship lock of Wangfuzhou water control project.The laboratory test results show that the na⁃no-silicon coating has good applicability and excellent performance to the above substrates.After 3 years of outdoor operation,the gloss,color,hardness,thickness,pulverization and appearance of the coating were compared and ana⁃lyzed.The nano-silicon coating film has no damage and in bright color and full luster.The research showed that na⁃no-silicon coating has super weather resistance and can well solve various problems of water gauge,which is of great popularization value in this field.
