摘  要:面向轮胎吊行走机构更高定位精度及更高能效的发展趋势,设计了一种安装于轮胎吊行走车轮轮毂范围内,电机、减速器、制动器、旋转变压器等高度集成的行走驱动装置,根据新的工况条件,设计了电气控制系统的硬软件并进行了验证。结果表明,该新型轮边驱动机构符合设计规范,具有较好的推广应用价值。The traveling mechanism of rubber-tyred gantry is developing towards higher positioning accuracy and higher energy efficiency.Based on this situation,a traveling driving device installed within the wheel hub of the rubber-tyred gantry is designed.The device is highly integrated by motor,reducer,brake,resolver and other components.According to the new working conditions,the hardware and software of the electrical control system are designed and verified.The results show that the new in-wheel drive mechanism meets the design specification and has good popularization and application value.
