摘 要:提出了一种新型点接触齿轮副。在已知齿面上根据设计需要选取灵活的接触迹线,构建出与之啮合的配对齿轮,并推导出新齿轮副的滑动系数计算方法;设计出以渐开线齿轮作为已知齿轮、抛物线齿轮为配对齿轮的平行轴内齿轮副。研究结果表明,该齿轮副在啮合过程中时刻保持点接触状态,啮合点沿着理论接触迹线移动,与理论分析一致;滑动系数的变动范围取决于在齿轮两端选取啮入点和啮出点所对应的渐开线参数值。A new type of point contact gear pair is proposed.Based on a tooth surface,the flexible contact trail is selected according to the design requirements,and the meshing pair gear is constructed,and the sliding coefficient calculation method of the new gear pair is deduced.Taking the involute internal gear as the given gear and the parabolic gear as the matching gear,an internal gear pair is designed.The results show that during the whole meshing process,the gear pair keeps point contact state at all times,and the meshing point moves along the theoretical contact trail,which is consistent with the theoretical analysis.The variation range of the sliding coefficient mainly depends on the involute parameter values corresponding to the entry and exit points selected at both ends of the gear.
