河北省现代化都市圈建设路径研究

摘　　要：在城市群发展中,围绕核心大城市建设都市圈,既符合全球范围内城市发展规律,也是中国经济高质量发展的需要。河北省省会石家庄正在逐步具备建设都市圈核心城市的条件,加快建设以省会为支撑的现代化都市圈,是河北省重大区域发展战略。本文全面阐述了建设现代化都市圈的重要意义,从多角度对比分析指出建设以省会为支撑的现代化都市圈是河北省的客观选择,在借鉴长三角等先进地区发展模式的基础上,确定了省会都市圈的基本架构,并从明确各城市产业功能定位、提升核心城市吸纳辐射能级、促进大中小城市梯度协调发展、构建省会都市圈现代产业体系等方面提出了加快建设以省会为支撑的现代化都市圈的对策建议。In the development of urban clusters,the construction of metropolitan areas around core big cities is not only in line with the law of urban development worldwide,but also the needs of China’s high-quality economic development.Shijiazhuang,the capital of Hebei Province,is gradually meeting the conditions for building a core city of the metropolitan area.Accelerating the construction of a modern metropolitan area supported by the provincial capital is a significant regional development strategy of Hebei Province.This paper comprehensively expounds the significance of building a modern metropolitan area,and points out that building a modern metropolitan area supported by the provincial capital is the objective choice of Hebei through a comparative analysis from multiple angles.Based on drawing on the development model of advanced regions such as the Yangtze River Delta,this paper determines the basic framework of the provincial-capital metropolitan area,and puts forward some solution suggestions of speeding up the construction of a modern metropolitan area supported by the provincial capital in the aspects of defining the industrial function orientation of each city,improving the absorption and radiation level of core cities,promoting the gradient coordinated development of large,medium and small cities,building a modern industrial system of the provincial-capital metropolitan area,etc..
