摘 要:党的十九届五中全会指出,我国要发展数字经济,推进数字产业化和产业数字化,推动数字经济和实体经济深度融合,打造具有国际竞争力的数字产业集群。如今,“新经济”已成为我国经济高质量发展的关键,其以高科技信息技术作为主要力量,强调创新对经济所产生的作用,并呈现出产业结构转型升级和高新技术产业引领经济发展等特点。当前,“新经济”逐渐呈现出多种经济形态,其内涵的界定范围正在不断拓宽中。为此,加强对“新经济”的统计监测就显得尤为重要,可为社会经济的发展提供宏观分析与前景预测。鉴于此,本文将从行政壁垒的角度分析当前“新经济”统计监测工作存在的问题,并提出针对性的政策建议。The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee pointed out that China should develop digital economy,promote digital industrialization and industrial digitization,advance the deep integration of digital economy and real economy,and build a digital industrial cluster with international competitiveness.Nowadays,“new economy”has become the key to the high-quality development of China’s economy.With high-tech information technology as the main force,it emphasizes the role of innovation in the economy,and has the characteristics of industrial structure transformation and upgrading and high-tech industry leading economic development.At present,“new economy”gradually has a variety of economic forms,and the scope of its connotation is constantly widening.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the statistical monitoring of“new economy”,which can provide macro analysis and prospect prediction for the social and economic development.In view of this,this paper will analyze problems existing in the current“new economy”statistical monitoring from the perspective of administrative barriers,and put forward targeted policy recommendations.
