激光闭合联合泡沫硬化剂注射术与大隐静脉剥脱术治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的对比下肢静脉曲张实行大隐静脉剥脱术与激光闭合联合泡沫硬化剂注射术的疗效。方法将2020年4月—2021年4月在德兴市人民医院接受治疗的下肢静脉曲张患者80例按随机数字表法分为各40例的2组,对照组实行大隐静脉剥脱术治疗,研究组实行激光闭合联合泡沫硬化剂注射术治疗,比较2组患者临床指标、并发症及VCSS评分。结果研究组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的并发症发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前2组VCSS评分比较差异不明显(P>0.05),术后VCSS评分较术前均明显降低,且研究组比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢静脉曲张采用激光闭合联合泡沫硬化剂注射术,可获取更加显著的治疗效果,有利于病情恢复,降低并发症,临床价值较高。Objective To investigate the curative effect comparison of saphenous vein stripping and laser closure combined with foam sclerotherapy injection for varicose veins of the lower extremities.Methods 80 patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities who were treated in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were divided into two groups with 40 cases each.The control group was treated with saphenous vein stripping,and the study group was treated with laser closure.Combined with foam sclerotherapy injection,the clinical indicators,complications and VCSS scores of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate in the study group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than the control group's 20.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in VCSS scores between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05),and the VCSS scores after surgery were significantly lower than those before surgery,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laser closure combined with foam sclerosing agent injection for varicose veins of the lower extremities can obtain more significant therapeutic effects,which are beneficial to the recovery of the disease,reduce complications,and have high clinical practice value.
