摘  要:介绍了安全气囊用织物的参数设计和生产工艺,测试了采用样品整经和分批整经两种整经方法所制备织物的力学性能。结果表明,采用样品整经法可明显提高安全气囊用织物的抗滑移性能。通过对织物经纱取向度和纬向横截面中经纱对纬纱包围角的计算,进一步分析了样品整经法可提高安全气囊用织物抗滑移性能的原因。The parameter design and production process of the airbag fabric were introduced. The mechanical properties of airbag fabrics prepared by sample warping and batch warping were measured. The results showed that the slip resistance property of the airbag fabrics by using sample warping method was improved, and the reason was further analyzed by calculating the warp orientation and the wrap angle formed by the warp yarn to the weft in the weft cross-section.
