摘  要:比较不同浓度顺9,反11-共轭亚油酸(c9,t11-CLA)的抗炎作用。以奶牛乳腺上皮细胞(BMECs)为模型,添加确定对细胞增殖无影响的浓度梯度的c9,t11-CLA,检测炎症因子TNF-α(肿瘤坏死因子-α)、IL-6(白细胞介素-6)、IL-8(白细胞介素-8)、IL-10(白细胞介素-10)含量及TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8的mRNA表达量的影响。与对照组相比,添加200μmol/L c9,t11-CLA显著降低BMECs中IL-8和TNF-α含量以及mRNA表达量(P<0.05),添加100μmol/L c9,t11-CLA显著增加TNF-α含量和IL-8的mRNA表达量(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,200μmol/L c9,t11-CLA对BMECs中促炎因子有抑制作用,可为后续c9,t11-CLA的抗炎机制研究奠定数据基础。This experiment was conducted to compare the effects of different concentrations of cis 9,trans 11-conjugated linoleic acid(c9,t11-CLA)on anti-inflammatory.Bovine mammary epithelial cells(BMECs)were used as the model.The c9,t11-CLA with different concentrations were added to determine the concentration gradient which had no effects on cell proliferation.The effects of the contents of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10 and mRNA expressions of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 were detected.Compared with the control group,adding 200μmol/L c9,t11-CLA group significantly decreased the content and mRNA ex⁃pression of IL-8 and TNF-αin BMECs(P<0.05),adding 100μmol/L c9,t11-CLA group significantly increased TNF-αcontent and IL-8 mRNA expression(P<0.05).The experiment results showed that 200μmol/L c9,t11-CLA inhibit the pro-inflammatory factors in BMECs,which could lay a data founda⁃tion for the study on the anti-inflammatory mechanism of c9,t11-CLA.
