摘  要:试验旨在研究不同添加水平的甘露寡糖对冬毛期乌苏里貉生长性能、血清免疫指标、血清抗氧化指标和脏器指数的影响。选取日龄([120±5)d]接近、体重接近的健康雄性乌苏里貉24只,随机分为4组,每组6只貉,在基础日粮中分别添加0(对照组)、0.5 g/kg(I组)、1 g/kg(Ⅱ组)、2 g/kg(Ⅲ组)的甘露寡糖,试验期45 d。结果表明:①试验组乌苏里貉末重和平均日增重与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。②试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组粗蛋白消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。③试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。④试验Ⅰ组血清中过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。⑤试验Ⅲ组胸腺指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在饲粮中添加0.5 g/kg和1 g/kg的甘露寡糖可以显著提高冬毛期乌苏里貉的免疫功能和抗氧化能力,此外也能够在不同程度上提高冬毛期乌苏里貉的营养物质消化率和脏器指数。This experiment aimed to study the ef⁃fects of different levels of mannan oligosaccha⁃rides on the growth performance,serum immune index,antioxidant index and organ index of ussuri raccoon dog during the winter fur-growing period.A total of 24 healthy male raccoon dogs with simi⁃lar age[(120±5)d]and weight were selected and randomly divided into four groups with six raccoon dogs in each group.The basal diet in the control group and groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere added 0 and 0.5 g/kg,1 g/kg and 2 g/kg mannan oligosaccharides,re⁃spectively,and the test period lasted 45 days.There was no significant difference in the final weight and average daily gain between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05);the crude protein di⁃gestibility of experimental groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the content of IgA and IgG in experimental groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that in con⁃trol group(P<0.05);the content of IgM in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);CAT activity of groupⅠwas significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the activity of T-SOD in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the con⁃trol group(P<0.05);the thymus index of test groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding 0.5 g/kg and 1 g/kg mannan oligosaccharides to the diet could sig⁃nificantly improve the immune function and antioxidant capacity of Ussuri raccoon dog,during the winter fur-growing period,and also could improve the nutrient digestibility and organ index of Ussuri Raccoon Dog during the winter fur-growing period.
