残次林地土地综合整治耕地质量等级评价研究——以高圈村等5村土地开发项目为例

摘　　要：结合残次林地土地综合整治工程施工情况,采用适宜的耕地质量评价体系,将项目区划分为5个评定单元,综合分析有效耕作层土层厚度、耕作层土壤质地、土壤盐碱化、土壤含碳有机化合物(土壤化验报告)、灌溉保证率、灌溉水源等因素,开展土地综合整治前后的质量评价。结果表明:项目区耕地自然质量等为6等、省级耕地利用等指数为6等、省级经济等指数为4等,国家级自然质量等、国家级利用等、国家级经济等为12等;量化该项目新增耕地质量状况,对利用项目区新增耕地补充区域内建设占用耕地的指标具有重要意义,可提高新增耕地质量等别评定工作的实效性和评价结果的现实性。Based on the comprehensive land management of substandard forest land,the project area was divided into 5 evaluation units according to an appropriate cultivated land quality evaluation system.Land quality evaluation and management involves effective soil layer thickness,surface soil texture,soil salinization,and soil carbon-containing organic compounds (soil test report),irrigation guarantee rate,irrigation water source and other factors.The evaluation results show that the natural quality of the project area was ranked 6th,the provincial utilization index was 6th,the provincial economic index was 4th,and the national natural quality,national utilization,and national economy were 12th.This means quantification of land quality evaluation is of great significance to the use of newly added cultivated land in the project area as supplement for the construction and occupation of cultivated land.They can also improve the effectiveness of the evaluation of the quality of newly added cultivated land and the current status of the evaluation results.
