摘　　要：为促进信息化和工业化两化融合并满足数控企业需求,提出数控机床远程运行监控与信息管理系统开发方案,探索采用Visual C#语言和SQL Server构造系统,给出系统网络分布拓扑结构与数据分布,开发出数控企业生产管理规范化的数据模型,分析数控机床运行远程监控实现方式,给出运行效果。详细研究利用读取机床累加计数器值来远程记录每台机床对特定产品批量加工数量的改进算法和实现技术,给出该算法实现的测试效果,验证其准确和有效性。探索企业基本信息和产品批量加工信息的综合管理,包括这些信息的维护、查询和统计,给出其主要技术及运行效果。To promote the integration of informatization and industrialization and meet the needs of CNC enterprises,the development scheme of remote operation monitoring and information management system for CNC machine tools was proposed.The use of Visual C#programming language and SQL Server database management system were explored to construct this system,the network distribution topology and data distribution of such systems were proposed,a normalized data model for the CNC enterprise production management was developed,the realization of remote monitoring of CNC machine tools was analyzed,and its operation results were given.The improved algorithm and implementation techniques for reading the counter value of CNC machine to record the batch processing quantity of each CNC machine for a specific product were studied in detail,and the test results of the algorithm were given,and its accuracy and effectiveness were verified.It discussed the integrated management of enterprise basic information and product batch processing information,including the maintenance,query and statistics of these information,and the main technology and operational results were given.
