聚桂醇硬化治疗VHL-胰腺囊肿:1例报道

摘　　要：本文报道了我院治疗VHL(Von Hippel-Lindau)-胰腺囊肿的创新方式——经超声引导向胰腺囊肿囊腔内注射聚桂醇硬化治疗的手术方式。该手术过程顺利,术后恢复好,无并发症。聚桂醇硬化治疗VHL-胰腺囊肿的方式为微创治疗,创伤小、安全有效,在提高患者生活质量的同时可减少并发症发生,避免手术创伤:出血、胰瘘、腹膜炎。希望本文的治疗方式能提供一些治疗方面的经验。This paper introduced an innovative method for the treatment of VHL-associated cystic pancreatic lesions in our hospital. The patient was treated with the ultrasound-guided lauromacrogol injection into the cystic pancreatic lesions. The operation was finished smoothly, and the postoperative recovery was good, and there were no complications. The lauromacrogol sclerotherapy for the patient with VHL-associated cystic pancreatic lesionsis minimally invasive, safe and effective, which can not only improve his quality of life, but also reduce complications and avoid surgical injuries, such as: bleeding, pancreatic fistula and peritonitis. We expect that this case report can provide some treatment experience on this subject.
