摘　　要：重读《语法修辞讲话》这部具有时代感、现实感的著作,我们深切地体会到:语言研究只有根据时代发展需要、关注现实语言生态、关注社会语言生活、服务人民大众,才能体现其理论价值和实用价值。不同的时代具有不同的语言生态特征,以《语法修辞讲话》的精神为指导,从语言生态学的角度研究良好网络语言生态构建和网民语用规范问题。Speech on Grammar and Rhetoric is a work with a sense of time and reality.When it is reread we deeply understand that language research can reflect its theoretical value and practicality only in accordance with the development needs of the times,paying attention to the real language ecology,paying attention to social language life,and serving the people.Different eras have different linguistic ecological characteristics.This paper,guided by the spirit of Speech of Grammar and Rhetoric,studies the construction of a good network language ecology and the pragmatic norms of netizens from the perspective of language ecology.
