摘　　要：目的研究室上性心动过速(SVT)患者在射频消融术(RFCA)前行食道心房调搏(TEAP)的作用。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月于成都医学院第一附属医院行心内电生理检查(IEPS)拟行RFCA的140例SVT患者为研究对象,根据术前是否行TEAP诱发分为对照组(n=78)和试验组(n=62),对两组IEPS时间、射频消融时间、手术总时间、并发症发生率、手术完成率进行比较。结果与对照组相比,试验组IEPS时间、手术总时间较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组射频消融时间较长,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组并发症发生率、手术完成率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 SVT患者在RFCA前行TEAP可缩短IEPS时间及手术总时间。Objective To analyze the effect of transesophageal atrial pacing(TEAP) before radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA) for supraventricular tachycardia(SVT).Methods A total of 140 SVT patients who underwent intracardiac electrophysiologic studies(IEPS) in preparation for RFCA in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as research subjects. The patients were divided into control group(n=78) and experimental group(n=62) according to whether TEAP was performed before RFCA. Duration of IEPS, duration of RFCA, total duration of operation, incidence of complications, and operation completion rate were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of IEPS and total duration of operation in experimental group were shorter than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Duration of RFCA in experimental group was longer than that in control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in incidence of complications and operation completion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion TEAP before RFCA for SVT can shorten the duration of IEPS and total duration of operation.
