改良双环法与垂直瘢痕上蒂法乳房缩小术的临床应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的比较改良双环法与垂直瘢痕上蒂法治疗乳房肥大的临床效果。方法选择我院2016年3月-2020年12月收治的巨乳症患者80例,将所有患者按照术式不同分为2组,分别采取改良双环法乳房缩小术(对照组)、垂直瘢痕上蒂法乳房缩小术(观察组)进行治疗。对比两组术后乳房疤痕、乳房形态、乳头乳晕感觉、并发症发生情况、生活质量评分、手术满意度相关指标。结果观察组乳房形态评分、乳头乳晕感觉评分、手术总有效率、GQOLI-74评分、手术满意率高于对照组,乳晕直径小于对照组,SCAR评分、术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论垂直瘢痕上蒂法乳房缩小术在巨乳症的治疗中具有显著的效果,术后患者乳房的外形、感觉、功能均比较好,且并发症的发生率比较小,患者的生活质量有所提高,手术满意度也比较高。Objective To compare the clinical effects of modified double ring method and vertical scar pedicle method in the treatment of breast hypertrophy.Methods A total of 80 patients with macromastia treated in our hospital from March 2016 to December 2020 were divided into two groups according to the surgical methods.They were treated with modified double ring breast reduction (control group) and vertical scar pedicle breast reduction (observation group).The postoperative breast scar,breast shape,nipple areola sensation,complications,quality of life score and operation satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The breast shape score,nipple areola sensation score,total effective rate,GQOLI-74 score and surgical satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the areola diameter was smaller than that in the control group,the scar score and the incidence of postoperative complications were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Vertical scar upper pedicle breast reduction has a significant effect in the treatment of macromastia.The shape,feeling and function of patients’ breast are better,the incidence of complications is relatively small,the quality of life of patients is improved,and the satisfaction of operation is also relatively high.Keywords:vertical scar pedicle;Improved double ring method;Breast reduction;Clinical effect.
