摘　　要：2020年的新冠肺炎疫情,对全球经济发展和人民生活产生重大影响。文章基于上海市轨道交通真实客流数据,从时间和空间2个维度,分析2019年12月—2020年8月新冠肺炎疫情对上海市轨道交通客流的影响。此外,以2020年1月客流量为基准,从上海市轨道交通全网和车站2个层面,还原并解析全网客流总量断崖式下降、逐渐恢复、常态稳定3个阶段的特征,对比各车站2020年3月、6月、8月客流量的恢复情况,分析挖掘其内在原因和影响因素。相关研究成果,可以为城市轨道交通在疫情时期运营的形势判断、精准施策提供参考。COVID-19 made a great impact on economic development and people’s lives around the globe in 2020.Based on passenger flow data from Dec.2019 to Aug.2020,this paper provides an impact analysis of COVID-19 on the Shanghai rail transit passenger flow from tempo-spatial scope and degree aspects.Taking passenger flow in Jan.2020 as the comparison standard,it analyzes passenger flow characteristics of the rail transit network in all stages of a cliff-like drop,gradual recovery and stable normalcy.It also compares the stages of metro stations in Mar.,Jun.,and Aug.2020,respectively.Mining the immanent causes and influencing factors,this work can support accurate judgments and precise measures on the urban metro rail transit during the epidemic.
