摘 要:随着人们对环境的日益关注,低成本、环境友好、易施工和具有高效防腐性能的涂层是海洋石油设施防腐技术的必然发展方向。本文从防护性能和施工难易程度方面分析了水性涂料、无溶剂涂料、高固体份涂料、粉末涂料和生物基涂料几种绿色环保涂料的特点和优势,结合海洋石油设施结构特点及服役环境特点分析了这些涂料适用的部位及环境。其中水性涂料在临时性防护车间底漆上的应用前景较好;综合防腐性能,施工难易程度,高固体份涂料的成本效益优势明显,是海洋石油设施防腐中应用前景最好的绿色环保涂料。粉末涂料更适用于管线等防腐要求高且结构不复杂的设施。生物基涂料原料具有绿色可持续发展的优势,是未来防腐涂层关注的方向。With the increasing concern on the environment, the low-cost, environment-friendly,easy-to-use and high-efficiency anticorrosive coatings for offshore oil facilities are focused on more. In this paper, the characteristics and advantages of waterborne coatings, solvent-free coatings, high solid coatings, powder coatings and bio-based coatings are analyzed from the aspects of protection and application perfromance respectively. Combined with the structural characteristics of offshore oil facilities and service environment, the applicable condition of these coatings are analyzed. Among them, the waterborne coatings have a good application prospect in the temporary protective shop primer;The high solid coatings have the best application prospect in the anticorrosion of offshore oil facilities;The powder coatings are more suitable for items with high requirements and uncomplicated structure such as pipeline;The bio-based coatings have the advantages of green and sustainable development, which are the highlight of future anticorrosive coatings.
