摘 要:针对普通钢管混凝土柱在浇筑过程中存在不易振捣或振捣不密实等问题,可采用自密实混凝土代替普通混凝土制备钢管混凝土柱,但施工效果如何有待试验研究。文中以某中心大楼为研究背景,采用高抛法对2个足尺的方形和圆形钢管混凝土柱进行浇筑施工,利用超声波法、破损法和钻芯取样法对成型后的自密实混凝土进行检测。结果表明,自密实混凝土仅采用高抛法进行施工即可达到较好的浇筑效果,能保证柱身完整,强度达到设计要求。且施工过程简单,质量能得到保证,可在同类型的钢管混凝土中推广使用。Aiming at the problems of ordinary concrete-filled steel tube columns that are difficult to vibrate or not compacted during the pouring process, self-compacting concrete can be used to replace ordinary concrete to prepare concrete-filled steel tube columns, but the construction effect remains to be tested and studied. This paper takes a central building as the research background, and uses the high throwing method to pour two full-scale square and round concrete-filled steel tube columns. Then, the quality of the self-compacting concrete after forming is inspected by the ultrasonic method, the damage method and the core-drilling sampling method. The results show that the self-compacting concrete can achieve better pouring effect only by high throwing method, which can ensure the integrity of the column and its strength meets the design requirements. In addition, the construction process of self-compacting concrete is simple and the quality can be guaranteed, which allows it to be popularized and used in the same type of steel tube concrete.
