摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科理念在小儿心脏外科手术后护理中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月川北医学院附属医院小儿外科90例心外科手术后治疗患儿,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各45例。参照组实施常规护理,研究组在参照组基础上实施快速康复外科理念,对比两组拔管时间、住院时间、满意度。结果研究组患儿的拔管时间、住院时间均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组家属总满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿心脏外科手术后护理实施快速康复外科理念,能够缩短患儿拔管时间、住院时间,实现护理满意度的提升,值得推广。Objective To explore the application value of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in postoperative care of pediatric cardiac surgery.Methods A total of 90 children who underwent cardiac surgery in Department of Pediatric Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The reference group implemented routine nursing care,and the study group implemented the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery on the basis of the reference group,and the extubation time,hospital stay,and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The extubation time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the total satisfaction of family members in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in post-operative care of pediatric cardiac surgery can shorten the time of extubation and hospital stay of children,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
