摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理在儿科急诊输液疗法中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2021年3月于湖南省人民医院急诊就诊的110例患儿作为研究对象,依据先后入院的顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例。对照组患儿予以常规护理干预,观察组患儿在常规护理的基础上予以心理护理干预,比较两组患儿的首次穿刺成功率、输液配合度以及家属护理满意度。结果观察组患儿的首次穿刺成功率以及输液配合度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患儿家属的护理总满意度为96.36%,对照组患儿家属的护理总满意度为76.36%,观察组患儿家属的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理在儿科急诊输液疗法中的应用效果较好,能够提升患儿的首次穿刺成功率和患儿在输液治疗中的配合度,患儿家属对采取的护理满意度也更高,有助于提升患儿临床治疗效果,值得在临床中推广使用。Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in pediatric emergency infusion therapy.Methods A total of 110 children who were admitted to the emergency department of Hunan Provincial People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 55 cases in each group.Children in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and children in the observation group received psychological nursing intervention on the bas is of routine nursing.The success rate of first puncture,infusion coordination and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results The success rate and infusion coordination of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the total satisfaction of nursing care of the families was 96.36%,and that of the control group was 76.36%,the total satisfaction with nursing care of the families in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of psychological nursing in pediatric emergency infusion therapy is good,which can improve the success rate of first puncture and the cooperation of children in infusion treatment.The nursing satisfaction with nursing care of the families is also higher,which is worth promoting and use in clinical practice.
