郑州地区鸡场禽白血病和禽网状内皮组织增殖症感染情况检测与分析

摘　　要：为了解郑州地区鸡场禽白血病和禽网状内皮组织增殖病感染与流行情况,本试验自2019-2020年采集郑州地区祖代鸡场、父母代鸡场、商品蛋鸡场及地方品种场(红鸡)场肛拭子、蛋清及血清样品2235份,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测禽白血病毒p27抗原(ALV-p27)、禽白血病毒A/B、J亚群及禽网状内皮组织增殖病毒(REV)抗体水平,分析其流行情况。结果表明,2019-2020年采集的2235份样品中,ALV-p27抗原总阳性率分别为16.4%、16.6%,4个场中以商品蛋鸡场、地方品种场ALV-p27阳性率较高,呈现上升趋势;ALV A/B、J亚群总阳性率分别为5.1%、3.9%、10.4%、9.0%,以ALV-J亚群流行为主;REV抗体总阳性率分别为17.6%、16.4%,4个场中以商品蛋鸡场、地方品种场REV阳性率较高,呈现上升趋势,且4个场中ALV和REV混合感染较严重。该研究为郑州地区鸡场ALV和REV的防控提供参考依据。In order to understand the prevalence of Avian leukosis and reticuloendotheliosis in Zhengzhou area,2235 anal swabs and egg white and serum samples were collected from 2019 to 2020 from ancestral chicken farms,parental chicken farms,commercial layer farms and local breed farms (red chickens).These samples were tested in ELISA for Avian leukosis virus p27 antigen (alv-p27),Avian leukosis virus A/B as well as the antibody levels of subgroup J and Avian reticuloendotheliosis virus (REV).The results showed that the total positive rates of alv-p27 antigen were 16.4% in 2019 and 16.6% in 2020.The positive rates of alv-p27 antigen on commercial layer farms and local breed farms were higher with an upward trend.The total positive rates of A/B and J were 5.1%,3.9%,10.4% and 9.0%,respectively.In addition,the total positive rates of REV antibodies were 17.6% and 16.4% for respective 2019 and 2020.Among these four different farms,the positive rates of REV were higher with an upward trend on commercial layer farms and local breed farms.The mixed infection of ALV and REV was more serious on these farms.This study provided a reference for the prevention and control of ALV and REV in Zhengzhou area.
