摘  要:军粮城发电有限公司现役的3台350MW锅炉采用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫。五期9#、10#机组为亚临界锅炉,配备的环保设施为SCR脱硝,全布袋除尘器、两吸收塔串联的湿法石灰石-石膏脱硫,在二级吸收塔B出口设有湿式电除尘器。2019年增加烟羽消白系统:9#机组采用的烟气换热方式,换热器布置在二级吸收塔出口烟道;10#机组采用浆液冷却形式,换热器布置在吸收塔内。六期11#机组为超临界锅炉,配备的环保设施为SCR脱硝,五电场的电除尘器,单塔五层浆液循环泵湿法石灰石-石膏脱硫。长期的运行发现,脱硫系统主要存在吸收塔浆液倒灌;脱硫废水污泥量大、压滤机使用频次高及污泥粘稠等问题。Three 350MW boilers in service of Junliangcheng Power Generation Co.,Ltd.adopt limestone gypsum wet desulfurization.Phase V#9 and#10 units are subcritical boilers,equipped with environmental protection facilities such as SCR denitration,full bag dust collector,wet limestone gypsum desulfurization with two absorption towers in series,and wet electrostatic precipitator at the outlet of secondary absorption tower B.The plume whitening system will be added in 2019:#9 the flue gas heat exchange mode adopted by the unit,and the heat exchanger is arranged in the flue at the outlet of the secondary absorption tower#The unit 10 adopts slurry cooling,and the heat exchanger is arranged in the absorption tower.Phase VI#11 unit is a supercritical boiler,equipped with environmental protection facilities such as SCR denitration,electrostatic precipitator of five electric fields,single tower five layer slurry circulating pump and wet limestone gypsum desulfurization.After long-term operation,it is found that the desulfurization system mainly has the following problems:slurry backflow of absorption tower;The amount of sludge in desulfurization wastewater is large,the use frequency of filter press is high and the sludge is viscous.
