摘 要:近年来,随着国家大力兴建跨地区、跨流域的长距离引调水工程,管道规模和设计水头日趋增大,其中云南省新平县十里河水库工程供水管道跨越元江段最大静水头高达1300 m,设计压力为目前国内供水工程中最大压力规模,项目设计过程中,一系列与高压设计相关的技术问题亟待解决。该文以此项目为例,详细介绍了该项目的供水方式、高压钢管设计制造、主要高压阀门选型等内容,对其中关键技术的设计要点作了重点分析,并提出了切实可行的解决措施,可供今后类似工程参考。In recent years,as the state has been vigorously constructing long-distance water diversion projects across regions and basins,the pipeline scale and design water head are increasing.Among them,the maximum hydrostatic head of the water supply pipeline across the Yuanjiang River of Shilihe reservoir project in Xinping County,Yunnan Province,is as high as 1300m,and the design pressure is currently the highest pressure among domestic water supply projects.In the process of project design,there is a series of technical problems related to high-pressure design to be urgently solved.This paper takes this project as a case.The water supply mode,design and manufacture of high-pressure steel pipe and selection of main high-pressure valves are introduced in details,the designing challenges of main points are analyzed with emphasis,and practical solutions are put forward as references for similar projects in the future.
