摘  要:缺水城市河道闸坝调度运用应兼顾防洪和水资源利用要求。凉水河是北京中心城区"南分洪"重要的排洪河道和景观河道,随着水生态环境改善和居民亲水需求增长,河道功能由单一的防洪排涝向"防洪、生态、景观、休闲"等多功能综合利用转变。运用MIKE11模型构建凉水河干流河道一维水动力学模型,模拟计算现状和闸坝水位控制工况下干流河道的水位,分析防洪风险和蓄水效益。结果表明,与汛期现状敞泄运行相比,闸坝控制运用方案不会增加凉水河干流河道防汛风险,但增加蓄水量66.8万m^(3),增加水面面积约1.91万m^(2),生态环境效益显著。Flood control&water resources utilization requirements should be taken into account in the dispatching&operation of river gates&dams in cities with water shortage.Liangshui River is an important flood discharge river&landscape river in the south flood diversion in the downtown of Beijing.With the improvement of water ecological environment&the growth of residents'hydrophilic demand,the river function has changed from single flood control&drainage to multi-functional comprehensive utilization such as flood control,ecology,landscape&leisure.The 1D hydrodynamic model of the main stream channel of Liangshui River is constructed by using MIKE11 model to simulate&calculate the water level of the main stream channel under the current situation&gate dam water level control conditions,and to analyze the flood control risk&water storage benefit.The results show that compared with the current open discharge operation in flood season,the gate dam control operation scheme will not increase the flood control risk of the main stream of Liangshui River,but increase the water storage capacity by 668000 m^(3),increase the water surface area by about 19100 m^(2),and achieve significant ecological&environmental benefits.
