摘 要:尤溪县某水厂水库水源水具有低浊、间歇性藻类物质及铁、锰含量超标的特征。一期工程采用三圆式一体化净水构筑物的简陋净水工艺,存在絮凝效果不佳、反冲洗周期短、反冲洗不够彻底、抗负荷能力低、出水水质难以提高等突出问题,现有净水工艺难以保障出水水质。针对一期工程存在的问题,二期工程进行设计优化与创新:采用过滤及反冲洗效果优越的气水反冲洗翻板滤池替代重力无阀滤池;增设反冲洗废水和排泥水混合液回流工序,提高低浊度水库水源水的絮凝效果,节约水源;增设预氧化措施,间歇性预氧化能有效抑制藻类物质的生长,保障出水铁、锰含量不超标。同时分析、介绍二期工程的工艺设计主要内容与运行效果,提出了类似工程设计的细节和重点,以保证出水浊度低、水质稳定。The source water of a water plant reservoir in Youxi has the characteristics of low turbidity,intermittent algae and excessive iron&manganese content.The phase Ⅰ project adopts the simple water purification process of three circular integrated water purification structures,which has prominent problems such as poor flocculation effect,short backwashing cycle,incomplete backwashing,low load resistance capacity and difficult to improve the effluent quality.The existing water purification process is difficult to ensure the effluent quality.In view of the problems existing in phase Ⅰ project,the design optimization&innovation of phase Ⅱ project are carried out:the air-water backwashing flap filter with superior filtering&backwashing effect is used to replace the gravity valveless filter;add backwashing wastewater&sludge water mixture reflux process to improve the flocculation effect of low turbidity reservoir water source&save water source;pre-oxidation measures shall be added.Intermittent pre-oxidation can effectively inhibit the growth of algae&ensure that the content of iron and manganese in effluent does not exceed the standard.At the same time,the main contents&operation effects of the process design of phase Ⅱ project are analyzed&introduced,and the details&key points of similar engineering design are put forward to ensure low effluent turbidity&stable water quality.
