摘 要:采用高温固相法制备Co^(2+)掺杂Mg_(2)SiO_(4)陶瓷颜料.利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外-可见分光光度计和精密色差仪对不同Co^(2+)掺杂量的Mg_(2)SiO_(4)陶瓷颜料进行表征,并系统讨论Co^(2+)掺杂量对颜料晶相结构、色度和玻璃呈色性能的影响.结果表明:最终制备的颜料主晶相为正交Mg_(2)SiO_(4)晶相,次晶相为未反应完全的MgO;Co^(2+)取代Mg_(2)SiO_(4)中六配位的Mg^(2+)位置,使颜料呈粉色,且颜料颜色随Co^(2+)掺杂量的增加而加深;颜料在玻璃中呈蓝色调,且具有优异的呈色性能.Co^(2+)doped Mg_(2)SiO_(4) ceramic pigments were prepared by high temperature solid state reaction method.The crystal phase,morphology and color of the obtained ceramic pigments were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Scanning electronic microscopy(SEM),UV-Vis spectrophotometer and colorimeter.The effect of Co^(2+)doping concentration on the crystallization,color and property of pigment in the glass was systematically investigated.The results revealed that the main crystal phase of the pigment is orthorhombic Mg_(2)SiO_(4) and the minor phase is the residual cubic MgO.In Mg_(2)SiO_(4),Co^(2+)is prone to substitute the hexa-coordinate Mg^(2+)and render the pigment pink color.Besides,the brightness of the pigment become darker with the increase of Co^(2+)content.Pigment in glass presents a blue tone which exhibits excellent pigmenting performance.
