5类特殊用途化妆品刺激性试验结果分析

摘　　要：通过对2019-2020年期间收检的362份5类特殊用途类化妆品的皮肤和眼刺激性试验结果进行分析。实验结果显示,242份进行皮肤刺激试验的样品中,皮肤刺激反应强度属于无刺激性为53.72%;皮肤刺激反应强度属于轻刺激性为40.91%;皮肤刺激反应强度属于中刺激性及以上为5.37%;179份进行眼刺激性试验的样品中,无刺激性的样品为21.23%;微刺激性的样品16.76%;轻刺激性的样品为62.01%;未见刺激性和腐蚀性的样品。根据化妆品备案注册检验要求,皮肤刺激性试验样品合格率为94.63%,不合格率为5.37%;眼刺激性试验样品合格率为100%。大多数检测样品对皮肤和眼刺激性较小,符合使用安全要求。To evaluate the safety of various cosmetics,the skin and eye irritation of totally 362 samples of five kinds of cosmetics for special use from 2019 to 2020 was analyzed.Among the 242 samples for skin irritation test,53.72% of them were nonirritating,40.91% were moderately irritating,and 5.37% were at medium irritation level or above.Among the 179 samples for eye irritation test,21.23% were nonirritating,16.76% were slightly irritating,62.01% were moderately irritating,and no severely irritating or corrosive samples were found.According to the testing requirements for cosmetics filing and registration,the percentage of samples passing the skin irritation test was 94.63%,and 5.37% of samples failed to pass the skin irritation test,while the percentage of samples passing the eye irritation test was 100%.In conclusion,most of the tested samples meet the safety requirements according to the irritation tests to skin and eyes.
