摘　　要：在钢结构生产过程中,防腐涂装是十分重要的加工工序,也是影响产品外观、生产成本和质量的最终环节。在生产和制造业形势越发严峻的今天,积极调整生产模式,加强质量控制是企业持续发展的重中之重。基于此,本文对油漆涂装工程施工质量影响因素进行分析,归纳总结其常见质量问题,并深入探究加强油漆涂装工程施工质量的管理控制措施,以期提升企业产品质量,增加企业经营收益。In the process of steel structure production,anti-corrosion coating is a very important processing procedure,and it is also the final link that affects product appearance,production cost and quality.In the current increasingly severe situation of production and manufacturing industry,actively adjusting the production mode and strengthening quality control are the top priorities of the company’s sustainable development.Based on this,this article analyzes the factors affecting the construction quality of paint coating projects,summarizes their common quality problems,and deeply explores the management and control measures to strengthen the construction quality of paint coating projects,in order to improve the product quality of the enterprise and increase the operating income of the enterprise.
