摘  要:2μm波段掺Tm^(3+)光纤(TDF)激光器具有耦合效率高、散热好、阈值低、易于系统集成以及大气窗口性能优良等特性。介绍了2μm TDF激光器的能级系统和产生原理,并对其国内外的发展状况进行了综述。2μm TDF激光器发射的2μm激光在大气窗口的性能优良、对OH-的强吸收和人眼安全等特点,由此概述了其在探测、工业加工和医学等领域的应用。The 2μm Tm^(3+)-doped fiber(TDF)laser has the characteristics of high coupling efficiency,good heat dissipation,low threshold,easy system integration and excellent atmospheric window performance.The energy level system and generation principle of 2μm TDF laser are introduced,and its development status at home and abroad is reviewed.The 2μm laser emitted by 2μm TDF laser has excellent performance in atmospheric window,strong absorption of OH-and human eye safety.Thus the applications of 2μm TDF laser in detection,industrial processing and medicine are summarized.
