摘　　要：随着工业化、信息化的深入发展,新形势下物联网技术的应用越来越广泛。空调和冷热站设备等均可通过Wi-Fi、4G等无线方式接入互联网,利用先进的云技术,实现数据传输、云计算、远程运维等功能,从而降低工厂的资源投入,提高客户的满意度,加快实现"两化"融合的步伐。通过结合物联网技术在青岛某商业写字楼项目中的应用,介绍物联网云技术在暖通空调行业的典型应用及未来发展前景。With the in-depth development of industrialization and information technology,air conditioning,hot and cold station equipment can be connected to the Internet,using advanced cloud technology to achieve data transmission,cloud computing,remote operation and maintenance and other functions,reducing the investment of the factory,improving customer satisfaction,and accelerating the pace of integration of the two.Combined with a practical project,this paper introduces the typical application and future development of Internet of things cloud technology in HVAC industry.
