摘 要:压缩机停止后短时间内再重新启动时,吸排气压力不能立即平衡,压缩机会承受较大的压差启动,控制不当很容易出现过载或失步等问题。本文通过d轴电流定位启动,并在开环同步加速阶段根据由负载引起的角度误差适当加入q轴电流的方法提高启动力矩,克服带压差启动引起的阻力力矩,使直流变频压缩机满足带压差启动需求。试验证明了该方法的可行性。When the compressor is restarted within a short time after the compressor stops,the suction pressure and exhaust pressure will not be balanced immediately,and the compressor will start with a large pressure difference.If the compressor is not properly controlled,it is easy to cause overload or out-of synchronism problems.In this paper,the d-axis current is used to start the compressor,and the q-axis current is added appropriately according to the angle difference caused by the load in the synchronous acceleration stage to improve the starting torque,overcome the resistance torque caused by starting with pressure difference,and make the DC inverter compressor meet the starting demand with pressure difference.The experiment proves the feasibility of this method.
